Bosch chief executive Fehrenbach to step down

German automotive parts specialist Bosch said on Friday its chief executive Franz Fehrenbach will step down at the end of June after nine years at the helm. Fehrenbach, who turns 63 in July, will become head of the group's supervisory board. The position of CEO will be taken over by Volkmar Denner, 55, who is currently responsible for corporate sector research and advance engineering on the executive board, Bosch said in a statement.
