
The General Assembly of Cairo Airport Company approved in its meeting on Thursday an increase of EGP 300 million to the 2015-2016 budget to hit EGP 5.8 billion.
According to the budget plan, the company is expected to invest about EGP 2.7 billion in various projects.
The projects of the next FY 2015/2016 include construction works at the Terminal 2, Cairo International Airport along with the construction of new buildings at Sharm el Sheikh and Alexandria international airports.
The meeting was held under Aviation Minister Hosam Kamal, who is chairman and head of the holding company.
