Nakheel awards Dragon Mart parking construction contract

Dubai-based property developer Nakheel has awarded a contract to Kele Contracting to build a multi-storey car park for Dragon Mart. The company said in a statement on Wednesday that it’ll provide additional car parking slots to the growing customer base. Located at the north east of the Dragon Mart complex within International City, the well-designed multi-storey car park will be four levels high adding more than 62,000m² as part of the Dragon Mart expansion. The expansion will include a mix of retail outlets such as a hypermarket, cinemas, kid’s amusement area, food court and fine dining restaurants, it said in a statement.
