QP's Head of the Technical services department, Ali Ahmed Al Muhanadi received the award in a ceremony during the Geospatial World Forum 2012 held in Amsterdam under the title "Geospatial Industry & World Economy'' that brought together participants from different parts of the world. The award mainly aims at recognizing the innovations done in the field of applying the Geospatial technology worldwide.
