
Rabiah & Nassar and Al-Zamil Concrete Industries Company Ltd. (Ranco & Zamil), a 50-50 joint venture between Zamil Industrial Investment Co. (Zamil Industrial) and Rabiah and Nassar Group, has been awarded a new contract by Four Corners International Construction Co. worth SR 52 million to fabricate, supply and erect Precast elements for the Ministry of Defense and Aviation multi-level car park project located in the central region of Saudi Arabia. The scope of the agreement includes the design, manufacture, shipment and installation of more than 100,000 square meters of precast concrete elements as related to the construction of a five-story car park building owned by the Ministry of Defense and Aviation in Riyadh. Abdullah M. Al-Zamil, CEO of Zamil Industrial and MD of Ranco & Zamil, said: “This noteworthy project provides Ranco & Zamil with a valuable opportunity to demonstrate leadership in the regional market. As the company fulfills each stage of the construction agreement, customer satisfaction with our products and services will aid us in attaining regional market growth in the precast concrete industry. During the course of the project, we will supply a wide range of high quality precast products and solutions from the design and production stage through to transportation and onsite installation.” Rabiah & Nassar and Al-Zamil Concrete Industries Company Ltd. was formed in April 2008 and is based in Riyadh. The company designs, manufactures and erects precast concrete buildings used for various applications including residential, schools, shopping malls, manufacturing plants, and wall panels in addition to fabrication of a variety of other concrete-based products.
