Seoul's international air passenger traffic grows to record high in Q1

South Korea's international air passenger traffic rose to a new first-quarter high in the three months ended March 31, partly on a surge in the number of tourists to and from China, the government said Thursday. The number of international air passengers to and from South Korea reached 13.25 million in the January-March period, up 5.9 percent from the same month last year, according to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.
