Two tickets, one in Maryland and one in Florida, were winners in the $400 million Mega Millions lottery, the third largest jackpot ever, lottery officials said. The winning numbers in Tuesday's drawing were 11, 19, 24, 33 and 51 with a Mega Ball of 7.
