Under the patronage of the Southern Governor Shaikh Abdulla bin Rashid Al Khalifa, the Human and Financial Resources Directorate at the General Coordination Committee of the Governorates held, at the headquarters of the Southern Governorate, a session on the bonuses and incentives programmes and the Employee Discipline System. A number of the employees from the General Coordination, the governorates and the Interior Ministry attended. The session aimed to inform the participants on employees' discipline and the principles of public office. It also aimed to develop their skills regarding the granting incentives and bonuses in order to create a suitable work environment that motivates employees to upgrade their performance and productivity. During the session, Fareed Abdulrahman Abdulla staged a presentation on the Executive Bill of the Civil Service Bureau concerning Employees' discipline and performance. On his part, Adel Jabara lectured on the different kinds of incentives and bonuses and dispensing requirements. At the end of the session, the participants expressed sincere thanks and appreciation to the Interior Ministry, led by the Minister Lieutenant-General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa and the General Coordination Committee for Governorates for their efforts to upgrade the performance of the governorates' personnel.
