Nakheel Properties will open the Palm Residence project for sale by the end of March. The project includes 104 beach houses overlooking the sea on the Palm Jumeirah trunk which are characterized by their unique and up-to-date architecture. Prices range between Dhs6-8 million. The total area of the project is 49,000 square metres of which the total build-up area accounts for 27 per cent, i.e. 19,800 square metres, and is divided into two parts. The first is the external part surrounding the land of the project where the diameter of the house is 10 metres, allowing the largest number of sea-overlooking houses to be built, while the depth of the plot is 28 metres, allowing all facilities to be provided inside the house. The second part is characterized by its extensive waterfront (16 metres) and depth (16 metres) and by its amazing view. The design of the houses takes 3 shapes (A, B and C), each consisting of 4 bedrooms with a master bathroom attached to each. Together with all the existing projects, the Palm Residence project adds value to the Palm Jumeirah and provides a modern real estate product to the companyís customers who are seeking prestigious housing that lives up to their ambitions in an up-to-date and distinguished venue, Ali Rashid Lootah, Chairman of Nakheel Properties, said.
