Ramadan Night Market, the 10 days shopping extravaganza that began with much pomp and splendor on August 10, has already witnessed footfall of 20,000 visitors in just four days from the opening. The market sees presence of more than 4,000 visitor’s on an average everyday, which is double the daily target of 2,000 visitors set earlier. On the very first day, Ramadan Night Market opened its doors to 8,500 visitors waiting in the queue to enter Hall No. 7 at the prestigious venue — Dubai World Trade Centre. The figures speak volumes about the success of the very concept of the show which is based on the fact that it is the best destination to find unique gifts for your loved ones this Eid. The Night Market has 100 exhibitors showcasing apparel, gifting, electronics, perfumes, cosmetics and jewellery. The market is on from 8:00pm to 3:00am every day during Ramadan and will run from 5:00pm to 12:00 midnight during Eid. “We are experiencing the real buzzing market for past four days, shoppers are flocking and the response so far is overwhelming. We expected 20,000 visitors over 10 days but, we have already touched this in just four days, so we are very confident of making this show bigger in coming days,” said Sunil Jaiswal, CEO Sumansa Exhibitions. “We have got positive response from visitors and some very good inputs which we will consider for the next edition as well as we have seen lot of enquiries from the potential exhibitors.” From : Khalij
