Emmy-winning actress Doris Roberts will return to television in the new ABC sitcom "Counter Culture," the producers announced. Roberts, who starred as Marie in the long-running "Everybody Loves Raymond," will play Aunt Lee in the series, which is set in a Texas diner run by three sisters. The Hollywood Reporter said "Counter Culture" revolves around the sibling rivalries among three sisters who run the rural restaurant. The pilot episode was written by Stephanie Weir of "MADtv" and will be directed by Ted Wass, whose credits include "Rules of Engagement" and "Two and a Half Men."
