"Gerard has completed a successful course of treatment and has returned home in good health. We will not be making any further comment at this time," usmagazine.com quoted his spokesperson as saying. Butler checked himself into the Betty Ford Clinic three weeks ago after he felt he was becoming reliant on prescription drugs following a nasty injury in a surfing accident in December.
