Giovanni Ribisi and wife Agyness Deyn are headed for divorce.
The 40-year-old actor filed for divorce from the 31-year-old actress in January, according to TMZ. Ribisi listed Dec. 28, 2014 as the couple's separation date on the documents, and cited irreconcilable differences for the split.
Ribisi and Deyn wed in a quiet ceremony in June 2012. The actor was previously married to Mariah O'Brien from 1997 to 2001, and has a 17-year-old daughter, Lucia, with his first wife. Ribisi and Deyn have no children.
"He's incredible. He's my hero," the actress said of Ribisi to InStyle U.K. in 2013. "I suppose you meet someone and you're just like, you know... Obviously, if someone's marrying someone, they're bringing a lot of really good stuff."
Ribisi is known for Saving Private Ryan, The Gift and Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow. He also portrayed Warner Whittemore on Fox sitcom Dads, and is scheduled for Papa with Minka Kelly and Meadowland with Olivia Wilde.
Deyn came to fame as a model, and subsequently pursued a career in acting. She made her film debut as Aphrodite in Clash of the Titans (2010), and appeared in Pusher and Electricity. The actress is scheduled for new Coen brothers film Hail, Caesar! in 2016.
