Katherine Heigl's publicist says the Hollywood actress and her husband, singer-songwriter Josh Kelley, have adopted a second daughter. The couple are already the parents of 3-year-old Naleigh, whom they adopted from South Korea. "Yes, they have adopted a baby," Heigl's representative Jill Fritzo told People.com Wednesday. "No further details [are available] at this time."
