Jack Osbourne becomes a dad

Actress Lisa Stelly, the fiancee of British reality TV personality Jack Osbourne, has given birth to their first child, a daughter, Hello! reported Tuesday. "Hello! can exclusively announce the safe arrival of @MrJackO & @lisamarstelly 's baby girl Pearl weighing 8lb 6oz. Love & congrats to them!" the magazine said in a Twitter posting. Where and when the baby was born were not reported. Osbourne is the 26-year-old son of rocker Ozzy Osbourne and "The Talk" co-host Sharon Osbourne. Osbourne and Stelly, 26, confirmed their engagement last year.
