Justin Bieber tweeted at hater Seth Rogen Thursday apologizing for their first meeting. Rogen vociferously complained about the two Canadians' first face-to-face meeting. Bieber allegedly asked to meet Rogen backstage, and then acted "too cool for school" once they were introduced.
