Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin celebrated their two-year wedding anniversary on Friday.
The 22-year-old Teen Mom 2 star and her husband married in front of a judge in 2012, and wed again in front of their family and friends a year later. Lowry and Marroquin celebrated the two-year milestone by posting throwback photos of their wedding and loving tributes to each other on Instagram.
"I would be lying if I acted like marriage was a piece of cake but to be honest, it's not what I expected," Lowry captioned a photo of herself, Marroquin and her son, Isaac. "Marriage is hard work and takes effort from both people. We've been through things in the past two years that I don't think most couples ever go through. But we've made it through some trying times and now I know we can make it through anything."
"Can not believe it's been 2 years of marriage already," Marroquin wrote. "You've been my best friend since the day you asked me for my number. I am incredibly grateful for you coming into my life and bringing 2 amazing boys with you ... I love you forever."
Lowry came to fame on the second season of MTV series 16 and Pregnant in 2010, and has starred on five seasons of Teen Mom 2. The reality star is parent to Isaac with ex-boyfriend Jo, and she and Marroquin are parents to younger son Lincoln Marshall.
