Kourtney Kardashian will reportedly seek full custody of her three children by ex-partner Scott Disick.
The 36-year-old reality star is said to have met with top divorce attorney Laura Wasser following her split from Disick this month. The former couple are parents to five-year-old son Mason, three-year-old daughter Penelope and seven-month-old son Reign.
"Scott's friends don't think he'll challenge Kourtney [over custody]," an insider told Us Weekly magazine. "[Scott] doesn't act like a dad at all when he's partying," other sources added. "There's no turning back now and [Kourtney] is going full steam ahead with figuring out an agreement."
TMZ reports Kardashian's sisters, Kim Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian, both used Wasser for their respective divorces. Disick was spotted with his elder son at Barnes & Noble bookstore and Rosti Tuscan Kitchen restaurant Wednesday.
Kardashian and Disick had been together since 2006, and broke up after Disick was seen with a number of women, including ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli, over Fourth of July weekend. The reality star's mom, Kris Jenner, subsequently said her daughter is doing well and "hanging in there."
