Lindsay Lohan won $150,000 in her her lawsuit against clothing company D.N.A.M. Apparel Industries over her failed clothing label, 6126. The Mean Girls star claimed in her 2013 lawsuit that the clothing company failed to pay her for the licensing of her brand's international clothing sales in 2009. Lohan was suing D.N.A.M. for $1.1 million. After the fact, the company filed a counter suit for $5 million claiming Lohan's "drug-addled image" destroyed her brand's reputation and rendered the items in her collection unsellable. When the actress missed the deadline to defend herself and a judge entered a default judgement on the counter suit, Lohan said she had been unable to deal with the matter because of her miscarriage. At the time, D.N.A.M. requested that Lohan provided proof of the miscarriage. According to TMZ, the recent settlement presides over both lawsuits and over the company's demand for Lohan to testify about the miscarriage. The Freaky Friday actress first unveiled she was pregnant and lost the child during the season finale of her OWN docu-series Lindsay.
