Miley Cyrus fans in Kansas City, Mo., will have wait a little longer to see the 21-year-old singer in action. Cyrus canceled her Tuesday night concert at the Sprint Center after she was hospitalized for what her managers described as a "severe allergic reaction to antibiotics." "Cyrus has been hospitalized for a severe allergic reaction to antibiotics and has been placed on medical rest by her doctors. She will not be able to perform as scheduled," the Sprint Center said in a statement. Ticket-holders will be able to get their money back. The "We Can't Stop" singer has felt ill in recent days. "Why is this cough coming back #sorethroat #feelingnobueno," she tweeted Monday. "Fever fever go away," she added. Cyrus apologized to her fans for canceling her gig. "I wanted so badly 2 b there 2night. Not being with yall makes me feel shittier than I already do," she tweeted, then added a photo of herself in the hospital.
