Patrick Dempsey's wife, Jillian Fink, filed for divorce from the "Grey's Anatomy" actor.
Fink cited irreconcilable differences in the filing and asked for joint custody of their three children, and spousal and child support.
The couple, who have been married for 15 years, reportedly don't have a prenuptial agreement.
Dempsey, 49 and Fink, 48, married in 1999 and have three kids: Tallulah Fyfe, 12, and twins Sullivan Patrick and Darby Galen, 7.
"It remains to be seen whether it will be amicable," a source told TMZ about the split. "She's all about the kids."
Dempsey was previously married to Rocky Parker from 1987 to 1994.
