At least 35 militants were killed in wide scale security campaigns in Iraqi on Friday, the Defense Ministry said in a statement.
Ten terrorists were gunned down while setting up a M120 mortar system in a bid to target the command site of Saladin Governorate, said the statement.
Also, numbers of Daesh terrorists were killed in clashes in Baiji in northern Iraq, the statement added.
Meantime, about 23 militants were killed in an attack on a truck loaded by rocket launcher in western Iraq.
