4 seasons 1st cairo appoints director of public relations

Randy Shimabuku, general manager of Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at the First Residence has announced the recent appointment of Hibba Bilal, as the new Director of Public Relations at the Hotel. Hibba is a Four Seasons veteran who back in 2004 was heading the public relations team at Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza. As a part of the opening team she was a key contributing factor in the Hotel’s successful launch and positioning. Prior to Four Seasons, she held the position of director of public relations at Palm Hills Developments and prior to that held positions in the UK. She draws from a vast pool of contacts and has very well established and profound relations with renowned journalists, the business community and the who’s who of Cairo.
