A quick-release race-spec steering wheel, adjustable coilover suspension, FIA-compliant roll cage and data logger add to the new Mustang concept's track-worthiness.The Ford Mustang Boss 302SX concept is powered by a tuned-up 5.0-liter V8 engine with an output of over 500hp. It should sit between the Boss 302S and the Boss 302R.There are no plans for production, however if there is enough interest Ford may build a limited number.Ford has already shown off their 2013 Cobra Jet Mustang at the Performance Racing Industry Show in Orlando, Florida, and now they have debuted their latest concept: the Ford Mustang Boss 302SX.The lightweight Mustang features some slick old-school body stripes along with a sporty front fascia and a vented hood. Dubbed by Ford as the "ultimate track day car," it has been stripped of all superfluous equipment, wears a fixed rear wing and sits on a set of 18-inch racing wheels.
