
The Kuwaiti cabinet has approved the appointment of Ministry of Commerce and Industry Undersecretary Abdulaziz Al-Khaldi as Board Member at the Central Bank of Kuwait, as the ministry's representative to the state monetary authority. Al-Khaldi's post in the ministry will be filled, in case of his absence, by its Assistant Undersecretary for Companies and Commercial License Affairs Dawood Al-Sabej, Minister of Commerce and Industry Anas Al-Saleh said on Monday, in remarks to KUNA after attending the weekly cabinet meeting. The decision comes in the implementation of a law regarding the necessary appointment of a representative from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry within the CBK Board.
