Crude oil prices slipped but held higher than $91 per barrel Monday as economic data from China was considered bearish. China said growth in its industrial production slowed to its weakest level since 2009 for the first two months of 2013. On the New York Mercantile Exchange, West Texas Intermediate crude oil shed 22 cents to $91.63 per barrel. Gasoline added 1.29 cents to $3.2195 a gallon. Home heating oil added 0.15 cents to reach $2.9715 a gallon. Natural gas lost 0.15 cents to hit $3.598 per million British thermal units. At the pump, the national average price for a gallon of regular unleaded gasoline dropped from Sunday's $3.698 per gallon to $3.696, the AAA Daily Fuel Gauge Report said.
