Rosewood Corniche in Jeddah has confirmed it will undergo its biggest make over yet, transporting guests into the quaint realms of ancient Hijaz to create a unique Ramadan experience. For the first time, two of the hotel’s speciality restaurants, Habsburg and Noodles will be lavishly decorated with artefacts of Hijaz, such as beautiful Fanous (lanterns) and traditional handicrafts, to re-create the quintessential charm that will treat Jeddah guests and residents to an entirely new Ramadan experience. Traditional souks and bazaars will be replicated inside the hotel to provide a feel of the old streets in the city of Hijaz. Restaurant staff will be clad in fashionable Hijazi attire - white thobes and bright golden-orange Hijazi headdresses - as they welcome guests through the beautiful entrance decorated as a traditional Hijazi tent and offer Zamzam water, an important ritual in Jeddah during Ramadan. The Holy Month will be celebrated throughout the entire hotel as the property continues to reinforce its position as a focal point in Jeddah for family and friends to meet. For the first time, Iftar and Sohour will be offered at Noodles daily from sunset until 03:00. The hotel’s renowned restaurants are also available exclusively for group gatherings; contact Rosewood Corniche restaurant reservations to discuss group bookings. “The Ramadan transformation in Habsburg an Noodles is going to be really special and something our guests and regular diners will have never experienced in the hotel, or indeed, in Jeddah,” said Hans Peter-Leitzke, managing director of Rosewood Corniche. “Friends and family can gather at the restaurant and watch as the sun goes down over the Red Sea as they prepare to break their daily fast. “We are also offering diners the opportunity to create their own personalised Ramadan events and encouraging guests to contact us to help them in their hosting requirements.” Rosewood Corniche has partnered with luxurious brands in preparation for their Ramadan celebrations. On arrival at the hotel, guests will be greeted by an impressive display of luxury Rolls Royce models, while Swiss-Lebanese jewellery designer, Mouawad Jewellery will line up to display their latest collections throughout the Holy Month. Executives from Baha Mar Resorts Ltd will also be on hand to talk to visitors interested in signing up to an exclusive Bahamian Riviera Resort holiday in the Caribbean Islands. The hotel will also offer its special limousine service for Umrah trips to and from the Holy City of Mecca to Al Masjid Al Haram. A limousine can be booked for five hours, with prices starting from SAR 1,000. Situated on Jeddah’s Corniche, Rosewood Corniche is considered Saudi Arabia’s Leading Business Hotel by the World Travel Awards.
