Britain's Prince Harry arrives in Australia for military duty

Britain's Prince Harry arrived in Australia on Monday to begin his month-long assignment with the Australian Defense Force.
Prince Harry first visited the Australian War Memorial in Canberra before reporting to duty at the Royal Military College.
Local TV networks started live broadcast of Harry's visit since he landed in Sydney early Monday morning before flying then to Canberra. Hundreds of people have been waiting in the Canberra rain for hours to greet him outside the War Memorial, hoping to get a selfie with the People's Prince.
Wearing his full white military uniform, Harry, who will be known as Captain Harry Wales during his deployment of about a month in Australia, was greeted by Australian Governor General Sir Peter Cosgrove and Chief of Australian Defence Force Mark Binskin among others in front of the War Memorial gate.
Prince Harry laid flowers in the Tomb of the Unknown Australian Soldiers and also toured the War Memorial's World War I and Afghanistan exhibition led by Brendan Nelson, director of the War Memorial.
Harry then reported to Chief of Defence Force Mark Binskin at Duntroon House, the Royal Military College, to officially kick-off his duty in Australian, which will take him to Darwin, Perth and Sydney.
It will be one of his last duties before leaving the British Army in June after a 10-year military career.
