Egypt FM arrives in New York for NPT review conference
Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry

Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry arrived here on Thursday to take part in the UN Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) review conference.
Shoukry will hold bilateral talks with US Secretary of State John Kerry then a tripartite meeting with Kerry and Jordanian Foreign Minister Nasser Judeh.
He will also meet with representatives of the different geographic groups in the UN Security Council as part of Egypt's diplomatic efforts to garner support for its non-permanent UNSC seat during 2016/2017 period.
