
The Drug Control and Addiction Treatment Fund will present Egypt's experience in fighting addiction during the 12th round of the International Protection Forum to be held in Dubai.
The three-day event is organized by the General Command of Dubai Police and the United Nations (UN).
The forum, which will kick off on Monday, will witness the participation of 15 countries such as Egypt, Japan, UK, Australia, Canada and the US.
The Head of the Drug Control and Addiction Treatment Fund Amr Osman is expected to share the fund's experience in preventing addiction among different brackets especially the youth and children.
The fund offers secret and free treatment services via the hotline (16023).
In press statements on Sunday, Osman said that the forum provides the chance for exchanging expertise in the field of fighting addiction and benefiting from it.
