
Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry left here on Wednesday for Rome to take part in a tripartite meeting on Libya.
Italian Foreign Minister Paolo Gentiloni, Algerian Minister for Moroccan and African Affairs Abdel-Qadir Mesahel will take part in the meeting that will address the latest developments in Libya.
In pre-departure statements, Shoukry said the meeting aims at following up the developments in Libya with the UN envoy and affirming support to legitimacy in Libya, its parliament and army.
The meeting was set for March 18, but it was delayed due to Shoukry's busy schedule.
