
Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry left for Kuwait on Monday leading a high-level delegation.
He will participate in the donor conference III to be hosted by Kuwait on Tuesday.
Seventy-eight countries as well as 40 authorities and organizations will take part in the event which will be inaugurated by Kuwait's Emir Sheikh Sabah al Ahmad al Jaber al Sabah.
The Kuwaiti emir will give a speech followed by a speech by the United Nations (UN) Secretary General Ban Ki-moon.
The participating countries will deliver also speeches where they will declare the amount of money they will donate.
