Speaker of the Kuwaiti National Assembly Marzouq al Ghanim arrived here on Wednesday night leading a parliamentary delegation to Cairo.
During his stay, Ghanim will participate in the second conference of the Arab Parliament, which will be held at the headquarters of the Arab League.
The Kuwaiti delegation is made up of several MPs and statesmen.
