Omaima Mukarram honoured by Shaikh Mohammed

Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, awarding degree to student Omaima Mukarram Syed Mukarram Ali during the graduation ceremony of the colleges of medicine and pharmacology at the Dubai Medical College for Girls (DMCG) on Tuesday. Haj Saeed bin Ahmed Al Lootah, founder and chairman of the board of trustees, DMCG, is also seen. The event was also attended by Shaikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai; Shaikh nahyan bin Mubarak Al nahyan, Minister of higher Education and Scientific Research; and Abdul Rahman bin Mohammed Al Owais, Minister of Culture, Youth and Community Development.
