Palestinian actor Ghassan Matar laid to rest in Cairo

Renowned Palestinian actor Ghassan Matar was laid to rest in Cairo on Saturday.
The funeral prayer for the late 77-year-old actor was offered at Mostafa Mahmoud Mosque in Mohandeseen district, Giza.
Matar, whose real name is Arafat Dawood Hassan al Matary, was born in Palestine in 1938, lived in Beddawi refugee camp in northern Lebanon and took part in several Cinema and TV shows.
