President Abdel Fattah El Sisi arrived in Sharm el Sheikh Thursday.
Sisi is scheduled to open Egypt Economic Development Conference (EEDC), which is scheduled to kick off Friday and will run for three days.
Egypt is hoping through the Sharm el Sheikh conference to re-galvanize its flagging economic fortunes by drawing in some major long-term investments for large and essential national projects.
