Qatar's economy minister arrives in Budapest
Qatar's minister of economy and commerce Sheikh Ahmed bin Jassim bin Mohamed al-Thani

HE the Minister of Economy and Commerce Sheikh Ahmed bin Jassim bin Mohamed Al-Thani Wednesday arrived in Budapest to participate in first session of the meeting of the Qatari-Hungarian Joint Commission for cooperation in the field of economics, business and technology, which will be held on 6-7 May. HE the Minister will head the Qatari side of the Commission.
HE the Minister was welcomed upon arrival by HE the Qatari Ambassador to Hungry Abdullah Hussain Al Jabir and the Director of the Joint Economic Committees Department at the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
The Joint Economic Commission comprises specialists from the two countries in several economic and investment sectors.
During the meeting, the two sides will sign the Commission's rules of procedure and then will issue a joint press release.
During his stay in Hungary, HE the Minister of Economy and Commerce Sheikh Ahmed bin Jassim bin Mohamed Al-Thani will meet separately with Hungarian Prime Minister, and Foreign and Trade Minister.
