Rwandan President Paul Kagame wound up a three-day visit to Algeria at an invitation from Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika.
Kagame conferred with Bouteflika on Monday on the latest developments in Africa.
Kagame voiced wish to broaden relations with Algeria.
During the visit, he also met with Algerian Prime Minister Abdelmalek Sellal.
