representative of His Majesty the King for Charity Works and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, President of Bahrain Olympic Committee, on the occasion of His Highness being awarded the Association of National Olympic Committees (ANOC) medal, during the association’s general works currently taking place in the Qatari capital of Doha.
Al-Khayyat praised HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al-Kahlifa's role in supporting the youth's march and raising the flag of the Kingdom of Bahrain at different international forums through participation and achievements in different sports, which confirm the keenness of the wise leadership in developing Bahrain's sports. He also pointed out that His Highness is a role model for Bahraini youth and athletes.
Al-Khayyat stressed that Bahrain Mixed Martial Arts Association is a part of Bahrain's sports organization, and the association is ready to continue its participation in the march of development under the leadership of HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al-Khalifa to develop this game locally and accomplish more achievements through participation in various competitions abroad.
