President Abdel Fattah El Sisi arrived at Sharm El Sheikh International Congress Center (SHICC) to attend a ceremony marking the 150th anniversary of the Egyptian parliament foundation.
Sisi is scheduled to deliver a speech at the inaugural session of the ceremony.
Sisi was welcomed by Speaker Ali Abdel Aal and a number of top state figures.
