President Abdel Fattah El Sisi is scheduled Monday to take part in the final session of the Sudanese national dialogue conference in Khartoum.
Sisi, along with African leaders and heads of regional and international organizations, will take part in the session upon an invitation from Sudanese President Omar al Bashir, presidential spokesman Alaa Youssef said.
Sisi's participation comes within the framework of special relations between the two countries and the two brotherly peoples, he added.
The spokesman praised the outcome of the joint higher committee meetings, recently held in Cairo at the presidential level for the first time, especially the signing of a strategic partnership document, reflecting a clear political will to boost the levels of mutual cooperation to prospects that are consistent with the two countries' distinguished relations.
