
A workshop will be held on Saturday to shed light on the latest global medical trends in endoscopic surgery. Bahrain Medical Society (BMS) will organise the event at its headquarters in cooperation with King Hamad University Hospital (KHUH).
"Doctors will be trained on endoscopic surgery equipment on the sidelines of the workshop", BMS board member Dr. Noora Batti said, adding that the training scheme would target surgeons, anesthetists and other medical staff.
BMS Chairman Dr. Mohammed Abdulla Rafea underscored the importance of the workshop in honing the skills of surgeons to enable to keep abreast of latest endoscopic surgery trends, urging physicians to attend.
