Health ministry denies bird flu-death in Gharbia

The health ministry on Friday denied media reports that a citizen has died of bird flu in Gharbia governorate.
The reports are completely false and groundless, said Undersecretary of the Health Ministry in Gharbia Mohamed Sharshar.
Sharshar asserted that the 46-year-old women died, in Mahalla Chest Hospital, of pneumonia not bird flu.
