The Counter-Violence and Anti-Narcotics program's directorate, under the slogan: (Together), in the Southern Government premises in Al-Awali organize today an introductory lecture as part of the program activities in order to inform health ministry employees in health centers and the respective departments regarding treatment of addicts, sexual harrasment and to explain the programs objectives and reasons which necessitated its application and method of selection of community police personnel who enforce the program in addition to an introduction on the training course and techniques to apply the program in the Kingdom's schools and its views. The lecture was inaugurated by Ali Ahmed Amini's speech in which he praised current cooperation between the program and the Health Ministry and its role in healing our kids from the affliction of addiction and orienting on risks, asserting the significance of boosting the sense of national responsibility as the prime protective driver and to combat phenomenon of violence and addiction which contravene our Islamic values and Arabian norms and traditions and breach the law and in order to protect valuable lives, reduce mortality rates, curb family violence, political and security violations and create an emancipated generation. The program in its Bahraini version seeks to cultivate a culture among all parts of the community and to achieve its goals in countering the phenomena of violence and narcotics addiction and boost inter-community partnership and break barriers between students and law enforcement officers and contribute in guidance to students and help students take correct decisions and reduce crime rates. The program officers constantly seek to generalize the benefits to everybody.
