Fuddruckers, aka Fuds, is a famous American burger chain that was founded more than 30 years ago. The casual dining restaurant is known for its fun and relaxed family-orientated dining experience. Although the place is famous for its burgers and steaks, it is undisputed in the territory of breakfast. It offers the best American breakfast in town, which comprises authentic American dishes that come with a number of interesting twists and flavors. The Southwestern Breakfast Platter is a very interesting choice; it consists of grilled flour tortilla stacks that are stuffed with marinara sauce and mixed cheese, topped with two sunny-side-up eggs, cheese and spring onions and served with Pico de Gallo, sour cream, fried or sautéed hash browns, breakfast toast and jam. Sautéed hash browns are recommended for its light texture and flavorful taste. The Florentine Breakfast Platter is a winner too.
