The bodies of 21 migrant women and a man were recovered from a dinghy in the Mediterranean.
Italian authorities said that more than 200 people including 50 children were rescued after they were spotted by Italian patrolling boats, drifting in the Mediterranean, humanitarian aid group Medicins Sans Frontiers (MSF) said.
Around 209 survivors were pulled to safety from two rubber dinghies sailing close to each other, by an MSF boat, patrolling Central Mediterranean. However, 22 migrants were found dead at the bottom of one of the dinghies, off the coast of Libya.
