Bomb attack in Kabul kills 3 people, several injured

The bomb attack in the Afghan capital left three people dead, several were injured. According to a source in local police, a suicide attack was carried out in the western part of Kabul near the parliament building just a few hours before the formal transfer of the military control and security responsibility from foreign troops to Afghan army and national police.
