Egypt releases 8 Israelis in Red Sea

Egyptian security forces have arrested 8 Israelis on a yacht in the Straight of Tiran near Eilat, Israel Radio media reported Friday. When an Egyptian patrol boat passed the Israelis, 4 of whom are security guards, the Israelis became nervous and tossed the weapons they were carrying overboard. This act made the Egyptians suspicious, and they brought the Israelis in for questioning. The Israelis, it turns out, were legally authorized to carry weapons, and after speaking with the Foreign Ministry, Egypt released them.
