Vice Chairman in Charge of Foreign Affairs of Turkish Republican Party (CHP) Faruk Logoglu said on Wednesday that they didn't have any appointment with Defense Minister Abdel-Fattah al-Sisi in their upcoming visit to Egypt because they will not be dealing with Egyptian army. Logoglu responded to the questions of AA correspondent concerning the visit of CHP committee to Egypt between 9-12 September, stressing, "We don't have any appointment with al-Sisi". Logoglu said that they, as CHP, denominated the overthrow in Egypt as "coup" and added: "However, we did not say that we were taking Morsi's side, we are taking the side of Egyptian people." "If they let us meet with Morsi, we would be pleased, and this meeting would be suitable for the purpose of our visit" said Logoglu.
