Hezbollah deputies: Military intervention in Syria 'clear threat to local community

Hezbollah deputies in the Parliament of Lebanon claimed Thursday that a possible military intervention in Syria was a clear threat to the local community. "The possible military intervention of U.S. into Syria, or the threats of intervention, are clear threats to the local community," said the deputies in a written statement. Deputies came together to discuss Syria crisis and said the possible intervention in the country aimed to achieve Western domination in the region. Whatever the real aim is, Hezbollah will stand against such a military intervention, the statement said.
